TIP ON RUNNING ADS


Any advert you run on Facebook without the ability to re-target your audience without spending more money on Ads is a waste of resources.

In this era where we are constantly filled with information about the power of re-targeting, you are still running engagement ad, video ads or using any other ad objective without building a list ( it could be Whats app, Messenger or Email list).

If you spend 5k on Ads and you don't have at least 50 people to re-target without running another ad campaign on Facebook, you have been wasting your resources.

The moment I changed my advertising strategy to building list, especially whatsapp ( regardless of the Ad type, i.e. information ad, engagement ad, conversion ad, etc),  I saw a significant difference and I have been able to have a better connection with my clients because I am reachable on the best marketing platform in Nigeria, which is Whatsapp.

If almighty Jumia can do it just 2 weeks after I made a purchase from their site, what's stopping you?

Stop blaming the big companies for making the profits you should also be taking part in and concentrate on building a list as well.

I've said what I can say.
I spend 3 days to write a script for a video

2 hours to record a video

4 hours to edit and render

6 hours on my drop-shipping store

3 hours for a personal break every day

This excludes the period of time spent on responding to one-on-one requests from clients.

I try to see my friends when I can because they are family to me

I chat more to make up for the times I couldn't keep my word

I lose every day and I win every day as a digital marketer because it's essential for growth

Why?

Because I'm a person who takes a personal problem that wasn't mine in the first place and provides a solution for it.

That's the definition of entrepreneur I walk with and it was defined by Ryan Moran.

If you call yourself an entrepreneur, and the definition above is not evident in your business, I am happy to tell you that you have finally found why you aren't making any success with your enterprise.

Change your mindset, change your goals, re-invent yourself and be a better you today than you were yesterday.
